Phase 2 - This is the first section of the residential component of the estate that has been developed .

27 plots, most of which have differing sea views and at least 10 have both sea and mountain views.

Plot Payment: 10% deposit, balance secured 14 days thereafter by way of cash, guarantee or mortgage bond.

Plot sizes from 480sqm to 635sqm.
Minimum build size: 190sqm.

The views from the different plots vary between, sea views, partial sea views and mountain views.
Once you have secured your plot, you will have 18 months to complete your home.
